A few weeks ago I was the winner of {Mi Vida Bonita}'s giveaway! I won her 'I heart home' print design! I grew up with the snow and my family still lives in the snow. While I was at the beach the other day, my Mom called me and told me It was snowing. Every time I hear snow I think about how much I miss skiing. Its one of my favorite hobbies and I can't wait to take a trip to the snowy mountains and ski soon!
Just last weekend my friend {Ashley} was in town to visit her brother and I was so excited to see her! Its been so long since I last saw her. We went to middle school together and I was the new girl who was very shy at the time. Ashley was so nice to me - I've remembered that about her all these years even though we haven't stayed in touch. She is someone who is always so kind and an amazing friend to everyone. She is just so beautiful inside and out! I had a great time with her: shopping, going to a movie, hot tubbing, hanging out at the beach, watching the boys play basketball, catching up and hearing about her two adorable kids and husband. Her favorite flower is Hydrangea and she says, "My favorite flower is the Hydrangea because I just think it is so beautiful and I love the beautiful colors it comes in." Thanks for an amazing weekend!
Just last Saturday I did a 5 mile race at the 56th annual Distance Derby in Huntington Beach. It was my 3rd year doing this race and happened to get 3rd place. I love running! Running is one of my most favorite hobbies. Do you have a favorite hobby?

Welcome to the Santa Barbara Bowl! One of the most beautiful amphitheaters I have ever been to! Even better then the Hollywood bowl!

My friend and I went to his pre-show which he plays before he gets on stage later in the evening, and yes we were this close.
This amphitheater has a beautiful ocean view and its in the mountains with lots of trees around. Its also a fun place to take a walk and get some good food!

My all time favorite photo I took of him! He has the biggest smile and I was just standing right there! He knows how to bring the party to Santa Barbara where it all began! It was the best Jack Johnson concert I've ever been to! I had such a great time spending the weekend in SB.
One thing I like about this season is visiting a Pumpkin Patch! So many pumpkins to choose from! Just on the way home from Santa Barbara my friend and I stopped by one and guess what street it was on? Daily! It was named after me. There was also a haystack maze there and lots and lots of pumpkins all around!

It's Jam Time! Ever since I can remember my family has bottled jam and peaches and other fruits and things. It is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. I can still remember my great grandma picking her perfect raspberries and making jam to bottle up and give to all her loved ones. Its that time of year again when all of the most delicious fruits are in season so my Mom and Grandma have been hard at work. When I was recently in Utah my Mom sent me home with some delicious jams. They will be gone before long because lately I've been eating a lot of jam toast with cottage cheese on top for breakfast! So good!

I visited my sister at a restaurant called {La Jolla Groves} where she works as a waitress. I must say that this restaurant is amazing! If you are ever near Park City don't forget to check out this place! . . . and if you want to get a cupcake later ask {the sweet tooth fairy}! delicious!
Sunday I hung out in Salt Lake City where I grew up. I went to the Conference Center to listen to the amazing speakers. It is such an amazing building that seats about 21,333 people. I was so touched with many wonderful speakers, you can check them out {here}.
